MG 405 - Six Sigma(3) This course examines the process improvement and problem methodology known as Six Sigma. The course will be primarily organized around the five phases of the Six Sigma methodology: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control. The emphasis of Six Sigma is to use data to determine the cause-and-effect nature of processes so that action can be taken with the purpose of reducing variation and/or improving process performance. Prerequisite(s): BA 303, BA 470, MG 400
