This course is designed to provide a broad practice experience that allows for the synthesis of knowledge and skills acquired in prerequisite courses. Students use critical thinking, professional nursing standards, and the nursing process to manage health care. Students, preceptors, and faculty communicate and collaborate to facilitate individual learning and competency in a leadership role.
