This course is is an independent research project which the student conducts under the supervision of a faculty adviser. The project is an extension of the prospectus and proposal developed in

ED 771Methods of Educational Research

. The project shall adhere to sound research methodology. The final product of the project will be a quality manuscript submitted for consideration for publication. After the project receives IRB approval, the student will have a maximum of 2 semesters to complete the project. If the project requires more than one semester for completion, the student will receive a grade of IP (In Progress) and continue for a second semester.
