This course will provide students the opportunity to learn about the market and current trends in men’s wear fashion. Students will research and report on various segments of the men’s wear market including, but not limited to: sportswear, formal wear and accessories. Students will also have the opportunity to use their research to conceptualize their own men’s wear line or group as well as source fabrics and findings. An introduction to tailoring techniques will be included. Prerequisite(s): FD 171, FD 172
