This course will provide students the opportunity to learn about the market and current trends in children’s wear fashion. Students will research and report on various segments of the children’s wear market including all size ranges from infant to age 14 and learn the special considerations for each stage of a child’s development. Students will also have the opportunity to use their research to conceptualize their own children’s wear line or group as well as source fabrics and findings. Prerequisite(s): FD 171, FD 172
