General Academic Plan (A.A.) degree

The A.A. degree in liberal studies is a lock-step program consisting of 61 semester hours. Students may not transfer into the A.A. program with more than 45 semester hours of credit. Students enrolled in the Women’s College are not eligible to enroll in the A.A. degree program.

General graduation requirements:

Students must:

1. Earn a cumulative GPA of 2.0
2. Satisfy a 15 hour residency requirement with Brenau. Experiential, challenge and CLEP credit do not count toward the residency requirement.
3. Successfully complete the 61 hours of required coursework for the A.A. program  coursework.

Note:  Hours earned for developmental courses do not count toward graduation requirements.
