This course extends the student’s basic studies in management and organization through the analysis of current and contemporary studies of the variables affecting individual and group productivity. Students will investigate current research studies, and developing trends and theories in the arena of competitive advantage. Emphasis will be on the practical application of knowledge to improve organizational performance. Prerequisite(s): MG 729 or HC 729
