This clinical practicum provides students opportunities to apply knowledge and skills learned in prerequisite and co-requisite courses. Students identify health risks of individuals and families and implement plans of care for clients in a variety of settings. The lab experience incorporates the knowledge and skills required for medication calculation and administration and opportunity to demonstrate competency of basic nursing skills.
