HR 785 - Human Resource Strategy(3) The learner will examine the process of embedding HR systems within the firm’s overall strategy and leveraging these systems to impact business operations for sustainable advantage. This includes transforming the HR function from a transactional to a strategic focus, clarifying and measuring HR as a strategic influence, creating, executing, and measuring HR alignment.
