Focuses on the methods, techniques, and theories of organization development and change needed by organizational leaders, managers, and organization development specialists. Students will learn models of chage and methods to assess an organization’s readiness for change and to facilitate, drive, and sustain organizational development. Prerequisite(s): OL 713
