The interdisciplinary Women’s Leadership Program is designed to offer students academic and experiential opportunities to develop leadership skills informed by gender awareness. In addition to taking foundational courses in gender studies and leadership principles, students will complete an internship directly related to women in leadership.

NOTE:  Students who wish to pursue the minor in Gender Studies or the minor or major in Organizational Leadership should consult advisors in Gender Studies or Business, as some courses may count toward those requirements. Some courses will also fulfill Liberal Education requirements.

A minimum of 12 credit hours is required for certificate completion.
