The purpose of the Organizational Leadership program is to develop learners’ knowledge, abilities, and competence to lead organizational members and facilitate implementation and execution of organizational processes. The inter-disciplinary program is designed to allow learns in a variety of organizational settings (arts, business, government, education, not-for-profit) to achieve individual and professional accomplishment.
