As the world becomes one marketplace, understanding how to operate in this international environment has become critical for anyone in a leadership or management position. Students will travel outside the USA to better understand foreign business operations by interacting with local firms and institutions.

M.B.A. Foundation Courses (9 hours)
To enhance their success in the program, students are required to take BA 500 MBA Foundations (6 hours) unless they have an undergraduate business degree from a regionally accredited institution within the last seven years. In addition, BA 507 Introduction to Business Communications (3 hours) is required for all MBA applicants that enter the program. This course may be waived inf the applicant has a prior master’s degree.
Students may not register for any MBA classes until BA 500 is successfully completed and BA 507 must be completed in the first session in which the student registers for any MBA classes. M.B.A. Core Curriculum (24 hours)
The M.B.A. curriculum focuses on the key management, economics, financial, marketing, accounting and leadership principles needed in an advanced program of study in business. Students taking core classes can expect a strong emphasis of theoretical methods combined with pragmatic techniques. International Business Concentration (15 hours)
