This course explores the training methods appropriate for adult learners; examines the goals and objectives of training programs; examines sequencing instruction to match the order in which objectives will be met; reviews methods and materials applicable to adult learners; and explores the planning, selection, and development of techniques to evaluate learning performance and instruction.
