Completed after all other didactic and fieldwork coursework, this culminating course is a degree requirement and includes the completion of the doctoral capstone project and capstone experience. Throughout the process, the capstone coordinator and faculty and community mentors collaborate with and supervise the student. Focus of the project and experience must be to advance students’ skills in one or more of the following: clinical practice skills, research skills, administration, leadership, program and policy development, advocacy, education, or theory development.
