This course is the first of two practicum courses and is focused on familiarizing students with organizations they may frequently collaborate with as police clinicians through visiting, shadowing, and interviewing professionals. There is a strong focus on ethical relationships and professionalism across organizational cultures. Students are supported in career planning through development of a CV. Exploration of specialized skills and trainings, and discussion of work-life balance. Prerequisite(s): PY 782, PY 783
