Program Prerequisite Courses The M.S. program in clinical counseling psychology at Brenau is based on an adequate background in general psychology although the applicant need not have been a psychology major to be considered for admission. However, in order to take the program of study foundation courses, the student must have completed the following coursework at the undergraduate level or arrange to take the coursework at Brenau before taking the courses in question.
Program of Study Several undergraduate level courses are required as prerequisites to particular courses in the graduate program and students will not be allowed to register for the particular graduate level course until the undergraduate prerequisites have been fulfilled. Ideally, all of these courses would be completed prior to entry into the program, but must be completed before the particular course. Please see the course description section for course prerequisite information.
