This course introduces students to both the legal and ethical framework of business. It covers fundamental business law concepts and legal principles, as well as the moral dimension of business decision-making. Topics include business ethics and ethical decision-making, the formation and structure of business entities, contracts, cyberlaw, torts, business crimes, agency law, employment law, international law and intellectual property.
