OT 804 - Foundations of Occupation 2 (3) This course is the second of two courses that introduce students to the basic tenets of occupational therapy in the provision of services to individuals, groups, and communities, to meet society’s current and future needs. Upon completion of this course, students will understand the prevalent theoretical perspectives used in practice with an emphasis placed on occupation-based models. Students develop competency in differentiating and applying theories, models, and frames of references for evaluation and intervention planning. Prerequisite(s): OT 803
