OT 845 - OT Applications for the UE and Physical Agent Modalities (4) Practice-based course designed to develop evaluation and intervention skills for individuals with acquired upper limb conditions to promote optimal occupational performance. Students investigate current literature to create novel and evidence-based intervention activities. The lab component of the course emphasizes the application of skills including occupation-based interventions, preparatory techniques, static and dynamic orthosis fabrication, and physical agent modalities.
