OL 330 - Program Policy and Evaluation (3) This course serves as an introduction to evaluation methodology and evaluation tools commonly used to assess publicly funded programs and internal program evaluation. Program evaluation is a critical component in designing and operating effective, sustainable programs. Evaluations supply information to managers, leaders, and policymakers that can assist them in making decisions about which programs to fund, modify, expand, or eliminate. Evaluation can be an accountability tool for a leadership team, used in strategic planning, and in the determination of funding.
