This course will provide students with knowledge of how to conduct dance/movement therapy with children and adolescents in individual and group sessions. There will be discussion and experiential activities that address working with trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, physical illness or disability, and working with clients with special needs. Site visits, when available, will also be a part of this class. Students will conclude this class with a simulated experience.
