In this course, students collaborate in teams and imagineer a project, building upon their work in PM 620. Students will study and apply project management principles and practices often required in more complex projects. They will develop their project’s governance structure, quality, procurement, communication, knowledge and change management plans. Correlating Agile project management techniques will also be introduced. Prerequisite(s): PM 700, PM 620
