Students in this course will explore cultural diversity as it relates adolescent development from late childhood to emerging adulthood. Students will become familiar with methods used to research variations in adolescent development based on culture and environmental conditions. Students will observe how culture, including issues of racism and classicism can impact
adolescent development. Finally, students will discuss psychological interventions in diverse adolescents.
