The main role of the faculty is to implement the curriculum. Therefore, all faculty should be thoroughly familiar with the total curriculum specifically, its mission, philosophy, organizational framework, student learning outcomes and the plan of study. This course will provide a unique overview of the healthcare faculty member and the challenges facing this dynamic field.
