This course focuses on the interrelatedness of nursing concepts in pathophysiology and pharmacology. Pathophysiology of and client responses to alterations in cardiac, respiratory, gastrointestinal, renal, and neurological systems are covered. Pharmacologic interventions for the promotion, maintenance and restoration of health for diverse populations across the lifespan will be discussed for each condition introduced.
